I use igoogle as a way of getting all my feed sin 1 place, works really well and gives some flexibility to how I want all my info presented.  Pagelakes is something else that is really useful and easy to use.

Both allow for more than just rss from other sites, things like live google map searches, delicious lists etc.  I am using iGoogle as  my default homepage .
